How long does delivery take within Singapore?

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your chair's journey to your doorstep.

Do TTRacing chairs come with a warranty?

Yes, all our chairs come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty that covers parts such as the tilt mechanism, gas lift, and castors against manufacturing defects.

Can I request for assembly services?

We offer professional assembly services for a small fee. You can select the 'Assembly Service' option during checkout, and our team will set up the chair for you upon delivery.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products in their original, unassembled condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans including Atome and Grab PayLater.

How do I maintain and clean my gaming chair?

For PU leather models, wipe with a damp microfibre cloth. For fabric models, use a fabric cleaner. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent material degradation over time.
