Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via the official TTRacing website or email with your order number and clear photos of the item.

  Evaluation and Approval

  Our technical team will review your request to ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack all components back into the original box to prevent damage during transit back to our service center.

• 4.
  Collection and Refund

  We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your address; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days.
